Problem Accessing Online Database (via Ezproxy)

We are currently facing some issues with access to online database via Ezproxy especially when you login with students’ ACID account. If you are affected by this, you might be receiving the message below upon login :

“YOUR ACID WAS NOT ACTIVE. WE ARE SORRY TO INFORM THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS UTM ONLINE DATABASE”

However, access using staff ACID account or direct on campus access is not affected.
