1. Walk in to the respective library (PSZJB & PSZKL). Fill up the library membership form and registration can <\/span>be made at the Circulation Counter during office hours. (Online registration not available yet).<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Attach 2 passport size photographs \/ a copy of pensioner card (UTM Retired Staff membership) \/ Verification letter from employer or academic certificate (Standard membership).<\/span><\/p>\n

3. For Alumni, need to register with Alumni UTM (010 -6620343) Unit first before receiving registration with UTM Library.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. We will process the application. Payment can be made after approval. Applicant will be notified through email \/ phone call.<\/span><\/p>\n
