SELANGOR

The flag of Selangor consists of four proportionally-sized sections in red and yellow. It represents flesh and blood, the heart and soul to the State.

Red sections symbolise bravery.

Yellow represents Selangor monarchy and the head of the state, the sultan.

White symbolizes purity of Islam.

Crescent and star represents Islam the official religion of the Selangor.
