How to apply?

  • Walk in to the respective library (PSZJB & PSZKL). Fill up the library membership form and registration can be made at the Circulation Counter during office hours. (Online registration not available yet).
  • Attach 2 passport size photographs / a copy of pensioner card (UTM Retired Staff membership) / Verification letter from employer or academic certificate (Standard membership).
  • For Alumni, need to register with Alumni UTM (010 -6620343) Unit first before receiving registration with UTM Library.
  • We will process the application. Payment can be made after approval. Applicant will be notified through email / phone call.
  • Once the membership card is ready, we will inform you !

Replacement Membership Card

External Members will be charged RM10.00 on replacement of membership cards..

Non-transferable Membership Card

Membership cards are non-transferable except to Corporate Members for a fee of RM50.00..

Registration Fee

RM10 (One time payment)

Bring two passport-size photographs

Bring two passport-size photographs to the library and registration can be made at the Circulation Counter during office hours.

Annually Renewed

Membership must be renewed annually except for UTM Family Membership.
