Projek ini dilaksanakan pada 23 Januari hingga 9 April 2025 bagi menggantikan notis-notis lama di setiap bilik Perbincangan di Perpustakaan Sultanah Zanariah. Projek ini dilakukan oleh Penyelaras Projek, Encik Mohamad Admin dan dibantu oleh staf unit Sirkulasi, Puan Rafiqah dan Puan Fatin Inani.
