Program telah berlangsung secara dalam talian di Facebook dan Youtube Perpustakaan UTM selama dua jam. Prof. Madya Ir. Dr. Mimi Haryani Hassim memulakan perkongsian beliau dengan memberikan definisi sihat dan kepentingan pemakanan secara sihat. Terdapat dua komponen utama bagi tubuh badan yang sihat iaitu makanan dan senaman. Selain daripada itu, panel juga berkongsi kaedah pemilihan pemakanan sihat, pentingnya membaca &#8216;ingredients&#8217; pada label, pentingnya pengambilan air secukupnya serta jumlah pengambilan &#8216;portion&#8217; makanan yang tepat. Sebelum mengakhiri prgram, panel sempat berkongsi beberapa judul buku berkaitan pemakanan sihat untuk makluman semua.
