The speakers is Mr. Nicholas Pak, Senior Customer Consultant based in Singapore and is responsible for developing and fostering community engagement within the Academic and Government community in South-East Asia. He strongly believes in leveraging on a consultative approach for a data driven decision making process within customer organizations.
