Research Canvas Competition 2020

UTM Library in collaboration with Springer Nature are thrilled to organize the Research Canvas Competition 2020 starting from 23rd August to 13th September 2020. In the spirit of improving scientific communication skills and to create a platform for community-based research, all students are invited to participate in the competition.

This is the third year of the competition and the participation increased tremendously year by year. We received 77 participations for this year with improved design and quality of the canvas itself.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, Research Canvas Competition 2020 changed the format to virtual. The canvas submission, judging and Top 13 research presentation in 3 minutes are done via electronic medium.

UTM Library would like to extend 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 for the co-operation and commitment from 𝗗𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗱 𝗬𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗳, 𝗘𝗻 𝗔𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗿, 𝗠𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳 𝗭𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝗸𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗭𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 & 𝗣𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗱 for being the 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀.

The list of winners are as follows:
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 goes to 𝗔𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗿 from Faculty of Science. She wins 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 goes to 𝗡𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗱 from Azman Hashim International Business School. She wins 𝗮 𝗛𝗣 𝗣𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 goes to 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘇𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗱 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝘇𝗶 from Faculty of Science. He wins 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 goes to 𝗛𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗻 from Malaysia-Japan Institute of Technology. She wins 𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿.

𝟭𝟬 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 are Albert Chong Ming Cai, Siti Nurhafizah Ahmad, Mai Xiaojun, Muhammad Irfan Bin Shahrin, Tee Shi Jie, Nurul Liyana Binti Ibrahim, Syed Aamer Hussain, Hanis Nazurah Binti Abu Hassan, Zulkifli Marlah Marlan & Nur Hidayah Binti Junaidi.
