 How to Apply?

  1. Submit your application online using the official form provided. Attach all required supporting documents:
  • One (1) passport‑sized photograph;
  • A copy of your pensioner card (for UTM Retired Staff membership);
  • An employer verification letter or academic certificate (for Standard membership);
  • Complete payment at the time of submission via UTM PayHub QR code.

Note: Applications will be rejected if information provided is incomplete or the uploaded photograph does not meet the required specifications.

  1. You will be notified by email once your membership card is ready for collection.

3.Please collect your membership card at the designated location stated in the notification.

Replacement of Membership Card

External members will be charged RM10.00 on replacement of membership card

Non-transferable Membership Card

Membership cards are non-transferable except to Corporate Members for a fee of RM50.00

Registration Fee

RM10.00 (one time payment)

Annually Renewed
