All UTM staff and students are automatically admitted as members of UTM Library. In order to make us serve you better, please ACTIVATE/ RE-ACTIVATE your library account by logging in with UTMID via OPAC.

How to Apply?
1. Walk in to the respective library (PSZJB & PSZKL). Fill up the library membership form and registration can be made at the Circulation Counter during office hours. (Online registration not available yet).
2. Attach 2 passport size photographs / a copy of pensioner card (UTM Retired Staff membership) / Verification letter from employer or academic certificate (Standard membership).
3. For Alumni, need to register with Alumni UTM (010 -6620343) Unit first before receiving registration with UTM Library.
4. We will process the application. Payment can be made after approval. Applicant will be notified through email / phone call.
5. Once the membership card is ready, we will inform you !
Replacement of Membership Card
External members will be charged RM10.00 on replacement of membership card
Non-transferable Membership Card
Membership cards are non-transferable except to Corporate Members for a fee of RM50.00
Registration Fee
RM10.00 (one time payment)
Bring 2 Passport-size Photographs
Bring two passport-size photographs to the library and registration can be made at the Circulation Counter during office hours
